Graham Roitt heads up the Firm. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. Having trained as an accountant and auditor, he then joined the tax department of Deloitte’s for eight years, looking after the tax affairs of individuals, UK and multinational groups of companies specialising in UK and international tax.
Following this, Graham worked for a practice specialising in corporate finance work, restructuring and due diligence for sales and acquisitions of businesses and companies.
Graham has worked in both the profession and commercial sectors enabling him to bring a unique aspect to his dealings with businesses and individuals.
Beyond the area of compliance, Graham’s specialisms include HMRC investigations; corporate finance (MBO acquisitions etc); landlords; tax planning; management accounting and forecasting and providing tax advice to other professionals.
In recent years, Graham has provided a variety of lectures to the National Landlords Association in the Thames Valley and Home Counties on the subject of property taxes and accounting issues for landlords.
Graham is supported by bookkeepers, accountants, company secretarial and payroll consultants and tax specialists through the firm and his extensive network.
